Students love this enterprise day and over the years we have even seen some of the ideas go on to become real businesses, such as a School Newspaper, Tour guide business, and even an eco-roof garden!
Adam’s Enterprise days are inclusive for all students, helping to raise aspirations, broaden horizons, hit those Gatsby Benchmark and above all, achieve amazing results for students.
Adam’s Enterprise Days include a motivational speech at the start of the day to make sure that students are engaged, energised and fully understand the challenge.
As an extra bonus Adam delivers a mini masterclass on presentation and communication skills right after lunch to give students a confidence boost ready for the final.

Market Trader to Market Leader Enterprise Days ©
Adam started his first-ever business down at his local market with zero budget, an idea, and the will to succeed and he loves giving students the same opportunity. As part of the Enterprise days, students are asked to come up with a business idea for a product or service to launch initially from a Market stall, and then show how they would use that as a springboard to take their business to the next level in 2024 using the power of the internet, marketing, ambassadors and influencers. Taking the students from market trader to market leader is a challenge very close to Adam’s heart!

Plastic is a Problem Enterprise Days ©
We all know that now more than ever plastic is a problem and Adam’s Enterprise days are all about solving problems, which in itself can be a business idea. This enterprise day allows students to come up with innovative and original ideas to help reduce the amount of plastic we use globally, from upcycling, recycling and finding other materials to use, to drastically reducing our plastic usage. The results of this challenge do speak for themselves. Some of the amazing ideas to come out of the enterprise days include students making shopping bags from upcycled football shirts and coming up with a prototype for a collapsible water bottle, even an app to help consumers reduce their plastic usage. This challenge does make a difference and helps students take social action and make a massive social impact.

This Enterprise Day Challenge is to come up with their very own app: this could be something to help solve a problem, keep you mentally and physically healthy, or even help you with timekeeping and productivity.
